Bartels Consulting Engineers is specialized in providing engineering for cost-effective and responsible building structures.

Since more then 25 years Bartels is taking part in complicated and diverse projects in Poland and other countries. Our clients are architects, developers, construction companies, engineering companies and prefabricated concrete manufactures or steel structures suppliers.

The core of the company is a team of experienced structural engineers and project managers, who work together already long time. Our core-values are commitment, professionalism and ability to cooperate. We try on the best way to combine engineers’ accuracy with creativity and innovative approach to the challenges you set us.

Bartels Polska is affiliated with Bakkala Consulting Engineers, based in Ireland, with whom we work together from time to time on high rise projects in continental Europe and the Irish Republic.

Company history

Bartels Polska Ltd was established in Poznań in 1997 by Dutch company Bartels Engineering BV – renowned consulting engineering company with more the 40-years history and by Polish partner Adam Zięba.

The shareholders’ goal was to create a modern engineering company in Poland providing services for Polish and foreign investors, making use of experience and best traditions of main shareholder.

Bartels Polska has grown very fast being active on Polish market as well as cooperating with mother company on many buildings in the Netherlands from prefabricated concrete elements.

In years 2005 – 2012 Bartels Polska has more than 40 structural engineers working in three offices in Poznań, Warsaw and Wroclaw. During this period two experienced structural engineers: Jerzy Kolbusz and Przemysław Augustyniak are joining the company.

Bartels Consulting Engineers provided engineering services to its clients for many recognizable projects as Shopping Center Forum Koszalin, Shopping Center Korona Kielce, Warsaw Spire office complex, the tallest prefabricated office building in Europe Olivia Business Centre 5 STAR in Gdańsk and many others.

In October 2019 took place a management buy-out from the main Dutch shareholder LivenseCSO, where company kept the right to use of its original name and logo.

2013 due to world financial crisis influencing construction market the company is forced to decrease its team and centralizes its activities to office in Poznan
2015 Bartels Engineering BV is taken over by LivenseCSO BV
2019 management buy-out from main shareholder LivenseCSO
