An interesting shopping centre floor plan proposed by architects could be realized only by use of and combining of many different construction technologies. Client’s pressure to fulfill many expectations of main tenants was additional challenge for structural engineer. Final architectural result and commercial success of the shopping centre speak for themselves.
Forum Koszalin is one of the biggest projects made by Bartels in remote cooperation of several design teams. Project was made on time according to very short time-schedule. Due to collective cooperation and use of modern software uniform standards of the project was kept, what was huge value for our client during construction phase.
