The Centennial Hall (“Hala Stulecia”) and neighboring Zoo was attracting so many visitors that municipality had to build new parking lot in this area. Due to representative nature of this place the choice was only one: underground parking.

The City of Wroclaw decided to commission it in formula design-build-operate. Additional condition was the underground structure had to be prepared for future upward extension with expo-conference function.
