Prinsenhof, Den Haag (the Netherlands)

The huge multi-functional complex is located in center of Den Haag. It includes 60.000m² of high class office space, more then 200 luxury apartments, 500m² of retail space and 4 star hotel with 200 rooms and conference halls, fitness center, restaurants, bars and 1000 parking places.

Bartels in Poznań was responsible for making the most construction drawings of prefabricated concrete elements on commission of Ingenieursburo Bartels BV (later Lievense CSO and WSP).

For the last 20 years we prepared construction drawings for several dozen buildings in the Netherlands, starting from residential, warehouse, office buildings up to public utility buildings and stadiums:
