Former postindustrial area in Wrocław – Kleczków has been transformed into new, self-sufficient residential district. There are here 2.150 apartments and 67 commercial premises, among others restaurants, cafes, bakery’s and kinder-garden.

Bartels helped the general contractor to optimize structural design and significantly reduce construction costs, providing engineering services for amended permit design and construction drawings.
