Stara Cegielnia, Poznań

The complex of residential buildings Stara Cegielnia (“old brickyard”) is located on south west perimeter of Poznań in the grounds of former brickyard, just next to green area and ponds. These are residential buildings with 4 levels with apartments and one and two levels of underground parking levels.

Bartels helped the general contractor to optimize structural design and significantly reduce construction costs, providing engineering services for construction drawings of I-st phase of this complex.
